- optimize supply levels to ensure continuity while minimizing carrying costs.
- control manufacturing and delivery processes.
- collaborate with project management, vendor management, and dls leadership.
- develop and maintain detailed inventories of study drugs.
- develop procedures that increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety, and implement subsequent changes to processes.
- define and implement key supply‐chain kpis at study and functional levels.
- identify process bottlenecks and implement timely solutions.
- perform other related duties as assigned.qualifications- strong planning skills and a logical, systematic approach to work.
- excellent time‐management, ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
- proficient problem‐solving and decision‐making skills with strategic and lateral thinking.
- excellent relationship‐management and negotiation abilities.
- business‐management and analytical skills; it literacy, including excel and electronic data handling.
- understanding of risk management in supply‐chain contexts.
- bachelor's degree in life science, clinical supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
- minimum one year of experience in a clinical research setting.
- 1–2 years of experience in supply‐chain operations.
- hands‐on experience with supply‐chain functionality in an irt/rtsm system is a plus.
