* provides administrative support, including onboarding staff members, coordinating schedules, communicating with the corporate hr department regarding office conflicts, and offering assistance as needed.
* submits weekly attendance reports to corporate hr.
* notifies respective managers and corporate hr of tardiness and absences.
* conducts interviews and screenings for business development and coordinator positions.
* manages office equipment inventory and requisitioning replacement items through the helpdesk department.
* maintains office supplies.
* hosts staff meetings and attends necessary gatherings.
2. business development
* leads business development executives.
* assists in managing business development representatives as needed.
* facilitates employee promotions with director of business development approval.
* hosts weekly launch calls with business development executives and representatives.
* organizes weekly production meetings with business development executives.
* publishes production reports and creates a master report for the business development vice president.
* distributes business development sheets to staffing executives.
