- develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for electronic products manufactured at the juarez facility in alignment with customer specifications.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, engineering production, production, program management, supply chain/warehouse and quality assurance to ensure effective integration of testing processes into the product life-cycle.
- design, develop, and maintain automated test systems and equipment to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency.
- conduct thorough analysis of test results and provide timely feedback to relevant stakeholders, including recommendations for process improvements and corrective actions.
- troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to test equipment, software, and product performance, and implement appropriate solutions.
- ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations governing product testing, including iso, ipc, and customer-specific requirements.
- participate in new product introduction (npi) activities, including testability reviews and validation testing, to ensure seamless transition from design to production.
- drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing test methodologies, reducing test cycle times, and enhancing overall product quality.
- provide technical support and guidance to production teams during testing operations, including training on test procedures and equipment usage.
experiência y requisitos
- bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field completed.
- 2 -4 years of experience in similar role
- microcontrollers and signal processing, analog and digital electronics
- communication protocols ( i2c, m2m, industrial) *confirmar si scpl es correcto
- scripting and database management
- *radio frequency testing*:

- python, c++, basic, labview, visual studio, test stand
- use of oscilloscope, multimeter and power supply
- pcb board diagnostics, root cause analysis, pdca
