What success looks like in this role:
* manages the delivery and implementation of services within planned timelines budget margins slas kpis okrs and quality specifications.
* leads and/or supports the implementation of incident management and business process redesign.

you will be successful in this role if you have:
* location: preferably based in mexico city (cdmx) monterrey or guadalajara; r equired to work in the client office 3 times a week (hybrid work model).
* language proficiency: fluency in spanish and a high level of english required. the position will involve regular communication with specialists within our company and external vendors.
* studies : related engineering degree completed.
* proven experience of at least 6 years on the unisys clearpath platform.
* knowledge of project management methodologies.
* management of work teams.
