Strong hr operations background within or alongside an hr shared services or hr operations model. Experience in full project lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support, for regional or global rollouts. Skills & abilities: process engineering – map current‑state processes and design optimized, system‑enabled future states. Analytical problem solving – diagnose complex system and integration issues, find root causes. Stakeholder management – communicate technical constraints to hr leaders and translate operational needs to it.
