your role and responsibilities (mandatory)
in this role, you will support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will mentor and coach teams daily to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also lead projects to improve and sustain local business performance.

this role contributes to the electrification business in apodaca, nuevo leon.
you will be mainly accountable for:
* escalating to relevant stakeholders to remove roadblocks preventing successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives at the local level, facilitating conflicting priorities with cross-functional teams.
* ensuring the local deployment of the continuous improvement approach aligns with the global strategy.
* facilitating significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and/or cost targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments with local leadership.
* providing training support by developing and maintaining training modules and toolkits aligned with business needs in collaboration with management at the local level.
qualifications for the role (mandatory)
* bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or similar engineering.
* 4+ years of experience as a continuous improvement specialist or similar.
* knowledge of lean manufacturing, kaizen, manufacturing, and problem-solving.
* experience in production line improvement processes.
* team management for cost-saving projects.
* green belt/black belt certification.
* advanced english proficiency.
* strong communication skills at different organizational levels.
* a master's in continuous improvement is desirable.
