* proven experience in structuring and formalizing processes (not only executing them).
* experience working in growing or scaling organizations.

* solid experience designing and implementing performance management systems.
* hands-on experience conducting and analyzing organizational climate surveys and translating results into action plans.

* ability to document, standardize, and improve hr and od processes.
* experience supporting change management initiatives in growing organizations.

* experience preparing presentations and executive reports for leadership
education and experience:
* bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in organizational development roles.
