responsibilities
set objectives and play a lead role in achieving sales and net revenue targets.
Provide direction for overall strategies, messaging, and proposals for customers.
Lead and manage key customer relationships at the senior level.
Review reports on customer's existing business to determine opportunities for additional revenue.
Provide consultative analysis, industry insights, and thought leadership to the customer.
Represent the voice of the market and customers to internal stakeholders.
Oversee implementation of sales plans including business development, marketing and product management.
Negotiate the customer agreement process ensuring global resource linkage.
Identify sector needs and select the appropriate mastercard products and services to capture and service the identified flows.
Engage in active sales approach and demonstrate payments industry savviness to engage in proper conversations with prospects and clients.
Formally supervise and coach several groups/teams and influence how the function is structured.
Help identify, coach and groom top talent and proactively develop employees as organizational resources.
Qualifications
bachelor's degree required; mba preferred.
Spanish and english proficiency required.
Corporate security responsibility
abide by mastercard's security policies and practices.
Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed.
Report any suspected information security violation or breach.
Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with mastercard's guidelines.
