About the position
the supply chain analyst is in charge of manage crisis with suppliers and sub-tier suppliers, create and update line of balance with suppliers, ensure suppliers deliveries to not impact production line and respect costumer needs, stabilize suppliers' deliveries and ensure ramp-up of demand, control stock (no overstock), maintain/follow good performance on suppliers, good communication with suppliers (english fluent), keep the mrp system updated. With supplier confirmation dates, visit the suppliers in order to monitor production, raw material coverage, capacity.

* building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers.
* capability to make the recovery plan with supplier.
* works closely with operations setting up and tracking the procurement of raw material supplies, equipment, consumables, chemicals, tools, etc.
* manage an evaluation process to assess supplier capabilities, delivery performance, productivity and quality.
* identify suppliers for new products.
* quote and price negotiation.
* coordinate recovery plans with the supplier.
* create and follow detailed line of balance with suppliers.
* manage crisis with suppliers and monitor recovery plans.
requirements
* university level.
* desirable experience at least 5 years.
* advanced english.
* meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship.
* confident with excel.
* work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions).
* flexibility regarding the working shifts (early, day and late shift).
* able to analyze and explain clearly a problem
* knowledge of logistic, mrp processes and rules.
* knowledge of sap or other erp for supply chain (mm modules).
* availability to travel.
