Responsibilities

Proficiency in chinese is required, including listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing skills for daily communication and basic written correspondence, with fluency in chinese to perform job duties effectively.
Develop equipment maintenance programs and troubleshoot unexpected breakdowns.
Analyze data to optimize equipment performance and energy consumption.
Oversee compliance with safety standards and budget execution.
Coordinate the implementation of automation projects across departments.
Qualifications
fluent in chinese.
English intermediate.
Bachelor’s degree completed.
3 years of experience in the role.
Strong knowledge of automated production lines, industrial robots, plcs and industrial control computers, sensors, power tools, pneumatic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, agvs, and conveyor belts.
Automated equipment operation and maintenance.
Plc and robotics programming.
Production line data acquisition and analysis.
Ability to read electromechanical technical drawings.
Experience with production management system applications (e.g., mes/erp).
Knowledge of equipment maintenance cost control.
