* bachelor's degree in business administration, trade, logistics or comparable qualification
* more than 7 years proven experience in transport procurement negotiation better routes and ways of transport.
* negotiation skills: strong negotiation and contract management skills
* communication skills: english and spanish, preferably also portuguese language
* interpersonal skills: effectively build relationships with and influence a dynamic and diverse set of stakeholders
* analytic ability: to analyze data and make informed decisions & ability to present findings in a clear and cohesive manner and to collaborate across borders
