about you first
you first is a global sports and entertainment marketing agency with presence in 18 countries.
In mexico, we work on sponsorship, brand activation, influencer marketing and business development projects for brands across different industries.
The role
we are looking for a hybrid profile that combines a commercial mindset with strong execution skills, to support business development and project management while working closely with the team and clients on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
support the identification and generation of opportunities with brands and potential clients.
Build commercial relationships through networking, outreach and commercial follow‑up actions.
Participate in the preparation of commercial and strategic proposals.
Support client relationships on active projects.
Coordinate the execution of campaigns and projects together with the internal team and external suppliers.
Follow up on timelines, deliverables and project objectives.
Requirements
at least 2 year of experience in an agency, marketing, account management, consulting or commercial environments.
Interest in business development and marketing, with execution capability.
Strong communication skills and client‑facing abilities.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Proactive, responsible and solution‑oriented profile.
Comfortable working in dynamic and changing environments.
Interest in the sports industry.
Advanced english.
