*which is the main objective of this role?*
the main objective of the it dev function is to execute projects and improvements according to business needs, whether they are aop, functional (out of cycle) and/or compliance. It is related to the it leads, to manage and prioritize the demand for initiatives, it carries out the provisioning of the necessary resources for the execution of each initiative and it is responsible for compliance with the pepsico project methodology. Liaises with it ops to manage the transition to operations and supports incident resolution as a third level. Likewise, it manages the relationship with strategic vendors.

qualifications:

- it professional degree
- 6+ years of professional experience
- cpg industry expertise (3+ years)
- significant functional experience on commercial, backoffice and supply processes
- knowledge and experience in technologies like*:salesforce*, blue yonder, kronos, mobility, *sap*, integration
- strong experience in custom development (i.e. Pl/sql, java,.net, phyton, power apps)
- strong project management knowledge (pmp certified desired)
- experience working in scale agile/scrum: safe scrum master, safe devops and safe po/pm (certified desired)
- strong analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
- results-oriented
- strong commitment towards his/her responsibilities
- verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
- ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across different teams
- ability to build trust networks within and across organization
- english proficient
