**Which is the main objective of this role?**
The main purpose of the role is to support Change and Position management transformation due to Payroll Project across LATAM, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, company policies and employee processes; guaranteeing cero errors and generating value added services and processes of the Organization.
**Responsibilities**
**What will you be doing?**- Daily headcount validation for all current PBT countries (HDN, SV, GTM, ARG, DOM)- Audit data control previous to payroll dispersion- Change management process for manual changes in Argentina model- Test envolvement for Argentina payroll interface connection with EC
**Qualifications**
**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor of Business Administration or Related Career- Experience in personnel administration, payroll or related field- Practical experience in personnel management software- Knowledge in Intermediate Excel- Communication- High analysis capacity- Teamwork- Pressure Management- Organization- Leadership- Management of Virtual Agenda
