- Responsible of follow up of onboarding procedure for 2nd shift
- Responsible for the control of Physical Records for all employees.
- Responsible for the Roster Administration on 2nd shift.
- Responsible for the Administration of Employees Levels.
- Responsible for daily reports of Turnover and Absenteeism.
- Support in monthly reports of absenteeism, overtime absenteeism, turnover.
- Responsible for Pre-payroll (incidents, follow up, and close)
- Responsible for replenishment of voucher provision for 2nd shift (Sodexo/pluxee)
- Responsible for Personnel Attention.
- Responsible for follow up and support of service & benefits during 2nd shift.
- Responsible for one:one interview on 2nd shift
- Ensure the implementation of the regulations and policies of the Company.
- Active participation in events throughout the year.
- Support in the activities that the department requires.
- Responsible that their decisions and actions contribute satisfactorily with our Quality
Policy. Decisions and actions should promote a culture of continuous improvement in the organization, should focus on exceeding customer expectations, in addition to providing products and services of excellent quality.
- Responsible for carrying out their daily activities ensuring the safety and integrity of all employees, using as tools the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Emotional Intelligence.
Experiência y requisitos
- Knowledge: Bachelor of Administration, Public Accountant, Psychology, Engineering or related career
