*what you´ll do*:
- review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to ifrs
- analyse the impact of business actions on financial results
- prepare internal and external management reporting packages
- set the right goals to steer the company and follow up on their progress
- contribute to ensuring accurate and reliable accounting data
- provide insightful analyses regarding sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency
- contribute to finance projects (major one being erp implementation)
- act as a business partner for non-finance stakeholders
*who we are looking for*:
- completed bachelor's degree in business / finance / accounting
- 3 years of experience as a financial controller, auditor or accountant
- working knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects
- proven ms excel skills, msdynamics is a plus
- ability to quickly build credibility and trust with all levels in an organization
- hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and pragmatism
- excellent communication skills in english
