Facility Operations Managers ensure the safe, efficient, and effective operations of in our blending facilities. They provide direct management of facility employees and are accountable for fostering a team environment through effective and appropriate communication. They are responsible for maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels as well as providing leadership to meet facility goals and objectives
Oversee blending operations.
Implement operational policies and procedures.
Ensure effective and safe use of equipment.
Meet production goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to facility employees.
Manage facility inventory levels and conduct physical inventory reviews on a regular basis.
Lead facility’s blend management and production planning efforts.
Create schedules and monitor staffing.
Manage employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action.
Conduct regular communication meetings with workforce.
Assist in placing and following up on purchases from outside vendors per established policy.
Complete facility administration.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9002 guidelines and requirements.
Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
Ensure safety, loss prevention and security practices are followed according to policy and correct or report non-compliance.
Support Sales Rep selling activities.
