as a senior java developer (microservices), you will join a strategic project within the retail industry, leading the development of mission-critical apis and applications that support shipping and fulfillment operations for high-traffic web and mobile platforms.
this role requires strong and proven experience in retail environments, working with complex systems, high transaction volumes, and distributed architectures. You will have a key technical leadership role, ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and high code quality across the platform.

* lead the design, development, and evolution of java-based microservices for retail platforms
* build and maintain apis supporting shipping, fulfillment, and logistics workflows
* ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and system reliability
* participate in production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting of critical applications
* design scalable solutions for high-volume transactional systems
* collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in agile environments
* produce technical documentation and contribute to technical story writing

experience & seniority
* 9+ years of professional experience in java development
* proven background as a senior or lead java developer
* mandatory experience in the retail industry (minimum 5 years) working with commerce, logistics, shipping, or fulfillment platforms
* experience leading technical components or initiatives
