role type: full-time (open to part-time → full-time transition for the right fit)

the role

we are looking for a highly strategic and revenue-driven affiliate & influencer marketing specialist who can scale and manage a large, high-performing tiktok shop affiliate network.

your mission is simple, but demanding: build, activate, and retain a large base of profitable tiktok shop affiliates. not vanity volume, real revenue, real conversions, consistent posting activity, and disciplined performance management.

you must deeply understand influencer behavior, affiliate psychology, and conversion triggers. you know how to recruit, activate, and retain creators using a gifting-only model, no paid placements.

this role requires strong marketing judgment, systems thinking, and an obsession with measurable results. You should be comfortable operating at scale, managing hundreds to thousands of creators while maintaining structure and performance standards.

1. core responsibilities
* build and scale a profitable tiktok shop affiliate network, targeting thousands of active monthly posting affiliates
* recruit and develop creators across tiktok shop, instagram, and ltk, moving them from gifting → repeat posting → consistent revenue generation
* drive toward 1,000+ monthly active affiliates with consistent posting frequency
* prioritize revenue-generating creators over passive participants
* execute and manage a high-volume, gifting-only strategy with strict focus on roi, margin, and conversion performance
* retain, activate, and re-engage affiliates to ensure long-term, consistent output
* actively engage with creators through outreach, messaging, and community interaction to strengthen relationships and increase performance
* track all outreach, status, and performance in a structured crm system
* build sops, playbooks, and scalable systems for growth
* report performance, trends, and risks clearly to leadership
* ensure the program scales profitably (commissions, discounts, cost control)
* ad hoc marketing & growth initiatives, support broader marketing and growth efforts as needed, with a continued focus on revenue impact and speed of execution. This may include:

1. tiktok live & scheduling
* build and manage daily/weekly tiktok live schedules
* identify and scale high-performing live sellers
* coordinate campaigns, promotions, and incentives
* maintain consistent collaboration pipelines with top affiliates

1. performance tracking & reporting
* maintain clean, structured, and actionable data across all affiliates
* stay fully up to date on tiktok shop seller center and platform changes
* track and optimize key kpis: gmv, conversion rate, refund rate, posting frequency, revenue per creator
* scale top performers aggressively and cut underperformers quickly

1. gmv growth & listing optimization
* drive gmv with a strong focus on profitable growth
* test bundles, limited-time offers, and creator-specific incentives
* optimize listings, pricing, and creative direction based on performance
* maintain catalog accuracy and listing quality across skus
* analyze fees, discounts, and returns to protect margins
* identify risks, opportunities, and platform shifts early

1. partnership & strategy expansion
* support influencer collaborations and co-created product opportunities
* identify new creator segments, niches, and growth strategies
* continuously test and iterate new approaches to improve efficiency and scale}

requirements & experience

* 2+ years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing (dtc or ecommerce preferred)
* proven experience scaling tiktok shop affiliate ecosystems at volume
* strong hands-on experience with tiktok shop seller center, including listings, commissions, fulfillment flow, and creator tools
* proven track record of generating revenue through gifting-only or low-budget affiliate strategies
* experience managing large affiliate pipelines and high-volume gifting programs
* strong understanding of conversion-driven marketing and revenue-focused growth strategies
* experience building systems, sops, and scalable processes to support growth
* strong understanding of u.s. social media trends, creator behavior, and digital consumer psychology
* excellent communication and persuasion skills to recruit, activate, and retain creators
* strong analytical mindset with full ownership of kpis, roi, and margin performance
* self-driven, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
