Responsibilities:- work with cross functional teams to develop and coordinate corrective actions on controls to address needed changes to current product controls.
- own current product design changes.
identify the root cause of the problem, develop the solution, track the release of design/manufacturing documentation, and coordinate builds to implement the solution into production.
- implement structured root cause analysis tools and documentation processes.
- develop and maintain issue tracking and status reporting tools for sustaining engineering activities.
- develop and implement plans to update regulatory agency certification to accommodate required design changes.requirements:- bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related degree.
- minimum 7 years of related experience.
- technical knowledge of product design, failure analysis, and structured problem solving tools.
