Senior business analyst1key responsibilities:act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.manage and track development, support, and enhancement activities through jira or similar tools.provide clear task instructions, guidance, and reviews for offshore teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.participate in requirement workshops, design discussions, and status review meetings with business and technical teams.ensure smooth salesforce operations by monitoring and resolving system issues, particularly related to cpq, quoting, and sales processes.translate business needs into functional specifications and validate solutions before deployment.maintain documentation for configurations, process flows, and enhancements.support user acceptance testing (uat) and assist with production deployments.required skills & experience:6–10 years of overall experience with salesforce ecosystem.strong hands-on knowledge of sales cloud, service cloud, and salesforce cpq.experience working with offshore development teams, providing guidance and ensuring deliverable quality.excellent business communication skills – both written and verbal.ability to translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and explain complex solutions in simple terms.strong understanding of salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, and basic automation tools.experience with agile methodology and tools like jira or azure devops.preferred qualifications:salesforce administrator, business analyst, or cpq specialist certification(s).experience with crm integrations (erp, quoting tools, or middleware).prior experience in production support and continuous improvement initiatives
