About the role:
as a cbre facilities coordinator (foused on hard services), you will coordinate clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure complex work orders are complete.
this job is a part of the facilities management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the property managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
what you'll do:
maintenance management: coordinate, supervise, and manage repair and maintenance tasks performed by internal technicians, suppliers, and contractors for all critical plant systems.
supplier and client relationship: develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients, as well as effectively manage suppliers, including reviewing quotes, processing invoices, and training on procedures.
operational optimization: coordinate and manage moves, additions, and changes in critical systems, ensuring the efficiency and continuity of operations.
supervision and training: provide supervision to employees within the functional area and offer training on processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
document and technology management: utilize work order systems, microsoft office tools, and digital platforms for efficient activity management.
requirements:
academic background: engineering (degree required).
experience: minimum of five years of relevant experience in the administration and maintenance of critical plant systems, wastewater treatment plant (ptar).
advanced english (written/spoken)
technical skills: practical knowledge of critical systems (essential).
experience in managing own staff and suppliers.
