Are you an administrative assistant with strong organizational skills and experience in administrative support? We’re looking for a proactive professional to join our dynamic team and help keep our operations running smoothly!
*responsibilities*:
- provide administrative support to regional sales managers to streamline and enhance field operations.
- prepare accurate and timely quotations using the company’s erp system.
- maintain and update customer records in the crm system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- collaborate closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams to address and fulfill customer requirements.
- follow up on quotations and orders to ensure clear and timely communication with clients.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, commercial relations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- background in the manufacturing industry.
- proficient in using erp and crm systems for quoting and data management.
- *us valid visa*:
- *fully bilingual (english/spanish)*
monday to friday, 6:30am to 4:00pm.
