- to provide guidance and leadership to the personnel under his/her supervision by following policies and purchasing procedures to be able to achieve financial and operational metrics for the company before the end of the year.
- develop, document and execute corporate purchasing strategies across multiple commodities.
- provide leadership to drive continuous improvement of all sourcing and materials metrics.
- develop and execute corporate and strategic plans to reduce our supply base - develop and implement plans needed to achieve corporate and division strategic goals, including cost-competitiveness, improved delivery performance, improved quality, supply chain flexibility and reliability, offshore alternate sourcing, flexible delivery systems, reduced lead time, higher inventory turns, and successful launch of cost-competitive new products - contribute as a key member of the division's management team.

experiência y requisitos
education level: bachelor degree, bussiness administration, international business or engineering experience: sourcing specialist (at least 5 years) english: advanced mrp knowledge
