As a key account manager, you will be responsible to take care of iff mexico by driving sustainable profitable sales & iff market share growth by identifying the customer needs & opportunities, establishing / building solid customer relationship, leading & coordinating tcommercial projects and promoting/selling relevant iff flavours and ingredients solutions for given customers.
to be successful in this role you must have around 5-7+ years of sales experience preferably with food ingredients, etc. A bachelor’s degree in business in required in food chemistry of food technologist, qfb or food engineer. You will need to demonstrate strong strategic agility, business acumen, creative and innovative thinking, strong stakeholder management, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.
*job responsibilities*
- in charge of manage the sales, forecast and budget of the assigned customers in mexico and ca north.
- develop and implement sales strategies to grow the revenue, and pipeline
- negotiate prices and quotations with business units,
- handling and controlling the expense report when travelling.
- monitor and administrate customer projects within innovation, marketing and internal customers such as logistics, customer service, planning, and warehouse
- train and provide basic technical support to customers
- administrate and handle internal tools for projects such as sales force

- to have experience in sales and customer service.
- to have knowledge of mexico and central america food market
- to have experience in handling food ingredients.
- to have high technical skills in ms office (word, powerpoint, excel).
- to have knowledge of english, writing and speaking skills at least 75%.
