position: plant and manufacturing specialist – supply chain
what are we looking for?
* minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, production operations, and supplier evaluation.
* knowledge of industrial systems: plc, scada, mes, erp.
* experience in machinery validation, installed capacity, and energy consumption.
* degree in food, chemical, industrial, mechanical engineering or related fields.
key responsibilities:
* supervise quality, installed capacity, safety, maintenance, and controls at raw material suppliers.
* report findings and continuous improvement plans to key stakeholders.
* validate new suppliers through approval visits, ensuring standards and installed capacity.
* identify bottlenecks, risks, and efficiency opportunities in processes and inventory management.
* develop actions to improve the risk matrix in coordination with key departments.
* participate in r&d projects with technical analysis, quotations, and business cases.
* drive increased installed capacity through process and machinery improvements.
* research manufacturing alternatives and share best practices.
* validate energy consumption and assess potential industrial expansion sites.
