monitor subcontractor usage and downtime.communicate details of planned visits/activities to assessors, ensuring contractual requirements and client expectations are understood.liaise with other business areas and offices to ensure effective prioritisation of resources in the development and delivery of lrqa services, including processing requests for assessor time (rfat).
