Sales and marketing director
this is a critical role that involves generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, organization, and diligence in following up with prospects.
the sales and marketing director will be responsible for creating trust and connecting with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community. They must also ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals, as well as work together with the team to execute events that draw prospects to the community.
this position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience. The salary range is approximately $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
