requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business or hr; or high school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
* 6+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience from job opening to offer stages.
* 3+ years of direct sourcing expertise and creative candidate generation strategies.
* proven leadership and mentoring skills, with a strong ability to assess talent and build relationships.
* exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort using mobile devices and computers.
