as the hr operations specialist, mexico you will support local employees by providing day‐to‐day hr assistance as part of the global hr operations team. You will be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, manage hr transactions across the employee lifecycle, and helps ensure a consistent, positive hr experience aligned with global standards and local needs.
what will you do ?
* provide end‐to‐end hr operations support for employees in mexico across the employee lifecycle
* serve as the first point of contact for employee and hr inquiries via the hr support platform, providing level 1 support and routing issues as needed
* manage hr transactions with accuracy, including data entry, audits, hiring, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding
* administer local policies and benefits and ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements
* partner with global hr teams and internal stakeholders ( hrbp, hris, talent acquisition, payroll, legal, it, etc.) to support timely and efficient hr processes
* provide additional transactional support across to other regions, as required
what do we look for ?
experience: 4+ years' experience in hr/people operations role. Experience and understanding of requirements, regulations and data privacy guidelines within mexico. Working knowledge of hr requirements and hr operations.
languages: full professional fluency in spanish and english is required (spoken and written)
it skills: ms office, including ms outlook, excel and powerpoint. Experience with hris or hcm platforms with demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies; workday experience is strongly preferred
soft skills : teamplayer, proactive, organized, results-oriented, analytical & problem solver, innovative and customer focused.
