learn more about our services at: an estimator & cost analyst, you will support the pre-construction and budgeting process by gathering real pricing data, coordinating with suppliers, and analyzing project costs.this role is ideal for a junior estimator or recent graduate in architecture or civil engineering who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable communicating in english.you will work closely with the estimating and operations teams to help ensure that project budgets reflect accurate market pricing, supplier quotes, and real construction costs.qualifications- bachelor's degree in: architecture or civil engineering/ industrial engineering- 0–2 years of experience in construction estimating, cost analysis, or pre-construction support- bachelor's degree (or recent graduate) in architecture or civil engineering- strong conversational english (required to communicate with vendors and teams)- basic understanding of construction materials, pricing, and estimating processes- experience using jobtread and microsoft excelwhat will you do?

key responsibilitieswork will include, but is not limited to:- contact suppliers and subcontractors to request and confirm pricing- research and analyze material and labor costs- update project budgets with real market pricing- compare estimated budgets with actual project expenses- track inventory pricing and cost fluctuations- assist with pre-construction pricing analysis- organize and maintain cost data within project management systems- support estimators and project managers with pricing comparisons- input and manage pricing data using jobtread and excel- assist in preparing cost breakdowns and budget comparisons- perform any other duties as required or assigned.preferred skills- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- high attention to detail when reviewing pricing and budgets- ability to organize and compare large sets of cost data- comfortable communicating with suppliers and subcontractors- ability to work in a fast-paced environment- strong time management and organizational skillswhy should you be part of our talent team?
