objective:
lead the development and implementation of quality systems to support the introduction of new products, processes and technologies, as well as the fulfillment of specific client requirements related to apqp and ppap.
has responsibility for supervising and implementing quality systems, including test plans, control and product reliability during product development, verification, validation and design transfer.
primary duties and responsibilities:
all those involved in the different phases:
* program definition: from quotes for the equipment necessary for product validation to active and constant participation in pdt meetings.
* product definition: includes active participation in the definition of critical characteristics, coordinating customer visits, participating in prototype runs, having the method defined for the spcs, carrying out the control plan, constant communication with the product and project teams, etc.
* process definition: validate manufacturing processes in terms of defined controls, generate r&r gage studies, cpk and production plan control, ppap approval, among others.
* production: follow up with the support departments to have all the documentation for the submission of the ppap, comply with the responsibilities of the plan generated by the pm, and those derived from this phase.

the position is located in plant 2, located in parque industrial los aztecas. The plant's main activity is the production, molding, and assembly of automotive components.
