now, we're expanding into latam, and we're looking for a driven, bilingual business development representative to lead the charge in mexico city.
this isn't just another bdr role — it's your chance to build something from the ground up. You'll be the first hire in our mexico city operation, driving outbound sales, running demos, and helping shape our regional growth strategy.

what you'll be doing
your mission: open doors, spark interest, and turn curiosity into conversations.
* hunt for opportunities — research, identify, and engage prospects across email, linkedin, whatsapp, and calls.
* start meaningful conversations with business leaders and decision-makers across latam.
* book qualified meetings each month with target accounts and ensure smooth handoffs to account executives.
* run light, engaging demos of to highlight real-world use cases.
* support webinars and regional events, helping amplify our brand presence in latam.
* keep the crm spotless — manage your pipeline, track activities, and forecast accurately.
* collaborate cross-functionally with the tech and marketing teams to close complex deals and refine messaging.
* be the voice of latam — share feedback, market insights, and cultural nuances to shape our local strategy.
what you bringmust-haves
* 2–4 years of b2b sales development or inside sales experience (saas or tech preferred).
* native or fluent spanish + excellent english communication.
* proven record of exceeding quotas and pipeline goals.
* understanding of latam business culture and sales dynamics.
* crm experience (salesforce, hubspot, or monday crm).
* excellent phone presence, storytelling, and follow-up discipline.
* entrepreneurial spirit — self-starter who thrives in early-stage environments.
* valid work authorization in mexico.
nice-to-haves
* experience selling workflow or project management platforms.
* knowledge of or its partner ecosystem.
* familiarity with meddic, bant, or challenger sales methodologies.
* saas, msp, or digital transformation background.
compensation:
* base: $1,200 /month net (all inclusive)
* variable: up to $800 /month net for achieving call and conversion targets
