Global account manager 4
responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts or groups of accounts. Ensures order and revenue growth by analyzing and meeting customer needs and developing sales plans. Globally responsible for the customer relationship and works with all program managers assigned to the customer account. Directs account teams to optimize the relationship focusing on sales strategy, sales support, customer service, technology development, and ongoing technical and post-sales support. Enforces all aspects of the contract, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions. Identifies whether changes are needed to the contract terms and discusses these with the customer. Develops competitive pricing models and negotiates price changes with the customer. Analyzes customer accounts to ensure they remain viable and profitable for sanmina. Acts as a resource to program managers for intercompany orders.

* supports quarterly business reviews, action registers, and product price reviews.
* supports ems sales and vertically integrated component sales in a team environment.
* networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
* meets and presents to all management levels at the customer and supports the existing account team.
* supports results aligned with company and customer requirements, including revenue, profitability, inventory, service, product delivery, and quality.
* assists with supply chain issues, product transfers, new product introductions, and manages commercial claims and receivables.
* participates in quarterly business reviews, plant, and customer site visits.
* acts as the primary contact for all sanmina services.
* develops and executes business plans, new business strategies, and rfq proposals.
* develops, analyzes data, and manages complex documents using excel, powerpoint, and word.
requirements
* generally requires a university degree in a relevant field.
* engineering, operations, or program management experience is a significant asset.
* ability to travel globally.
* advanced computer skills.
