key responsibilities
* lead end-to-end sourcing activities for key marketing categories.
* translate business goals and marketing plans into actionable sourcing strategies.
* develop and execute rfis/rfps, ensuring competitive vendor selection and alignment with business objectives.
* collaborate closely with marketing, finance, legal, security, and other internal teams to support campaign execution and supplier decisions.
* influence marketing and business partners to adopt best practices, value-driven sourcing, and supplier diversity.
* lead contract negotiation and management for marketing services, ensuring cost competitiveness, service-level accountability, and risk mitigation.
* manage supplier onboarding, renewals, amendments, and compliance activities.
* establish and maintain kpis, scorecards, and supplier performance review mechanisms.
* proactively resolve escalations and foster strategic partnerships with top suppliers and agencies.
* identify and deliver cost optimization opportunities across marketing spend categories.
* track and report against savings goals and sourcing efficiency metrics.
requirements
the successful candidate will have:
* 5+ years of hands-on sourcing experience in marketing procurement, agency/vendor management, or category management.
* proven track record in leading commercial negotiations and managing complex supplier relationships in the marketing domain.
* experience developing procurement strategies and driving sourcing events for marketing services.
* strong analytical and decision-making skills—able to translate data into actionable insights.
* collaborative mindset with excellent communication and influencing abilities across stakeholders.
