**.NET DEVELOPER**

**Technical Skills**:

- Develop.Net services based on the architectural design and specifications.
- Experienced in designing and developing micro services using CQRS pattern.
- Experience with implementation and maintaining event streaming technologies, such as Kafka
- In depth hands-on knowledge on working with SQL Server.
- Ability to write complex SQL Queries and optimize them.
- Experienced in working with AWS EKS and other related AWS services.
- Experience with Git, Bitbucket
- Experience working in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environments
- Experienced working in an agile scrum environment.

**Process Skills**:

- Capable of analyzing requirements and developing software as per project defined process.
- Maintain quality process standards.
- Attend Scrum ceremonies diligently.
- Perform peer code reviews and provide valuable feedback.
- Participate in design discussions and provide input based on industry standard practices.

BENEFITS:
Work Week & Off-days
- 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
- 2 continuous days per week will be your weekly off depending on the nature of the business Work Hours per week
- 45 hours excluding breaks. Official work hours are from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
- 60 minutes break provision which includes lunch and tea breaks

Vacation Days
- Vacation days of 6 days for the first year of service (following years established by law)
- Holiday leave is considered from 1 st January to 31st December
- Non-utilized vacation days cannot be cashed out or encashed Maternity Leave
- Six (6) weeks of paid maternity leave prior to the approximate delivery date, as well as six (6) weeks after the birth of a child, for all eligible female employees Adoption Leave
- Six (6) weeks of full-pay maternity leave, starting on the date of the adoption, for adopting mothers
- Five (5) days of full-pay adoption leave, starting on the date of the adoption, for adopting fathers Paternity Leave
- Five (5) business days of paid paternity leave, for all eligible male employees Public Holidays
- As mandated by State/Federal Laws. Mphasis observes holidays annually as per statutory regulations and the list of holidays are declared on a year-to-year basis on or before January 1st
- Employees aligned to client projects will have to follow client holiday calendar

Social Security
- Social security contributions of both the employer and the employee are paid on the basis of the employee’s base quotation salary (which is similar to his/her total daily compensation), which is capped at 25 times the daily general minimum wage in effect in Mexico Savings Fund
- You can save 4% of base or MXN 3541 (whichever is lower) of your pay during each pay period. This will be matched with an employer contribution

Medical Insurance
- The medical insurance plan covers all employees in case of illnesses and accidents up to 400 UMAM* ($1,089,780 MXN). In case of illness, assureds will be required to pay a 3 UMAM ($8,173.35 MXN) deductible and a 15% coinsurance. In case of accident these two charges will be waived.
- This is a voluntary plan* with monthly deduction of MXN 220 (MXN 110 per pat cycle) Life Insurance
- The life insurance plan covers you up to $500,000 MXN in case of death or total and permanent disability
- This is a mandatory coverage extended by company
- A Voluntary plan requires participants to complete an underwriting process which does not guarantee that coverage will be granted.

Compensation
- Your compensation will have Basic Salary (Example shared in slide 8 & 9), Food Vouchers, Christmas Bonus and Vacation premium
- You will receive an annual year-end Christmas Bonus of fifteen (15) days (pro-rated based on date of joining) of base salary. This benefit is payable before December 20th of every year
- You will be entitled to a minimum Vacation Bonus of not less than twenty-five (25%) percent over the salaries that correspond during the vacation period Pay Day
- You will have semi-monthly pay-cycle
- The pay date will be on 15th and 30th/31st of the month (if the pay day is on a weekend or a public holiday, the salary will be paid on the previous working day)
