Job Summary
As part of our operations center, you'll deliver exceptional service to internal customers, manage external performance metrics, and support process automation and training initiatives. You'll work with cutting-edge tools and systems to streamline logistics and enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and respond to internal inquiries.
Monitor and improve External Vendors performance using data-driven insights.
Stay up to date with UPS products, services, and industry trends.
Operate and train others on relevant software and devices.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
️ Technical Tools You'll Use
Postman: Create and test API queries (SOAP/XML & REST/JSON), monitor UPS API forecasts.
Power Automate: Automate reports, label generation, chatbot alerts, and system queries.
Excel Macros: Query systems (ISPSYS, OPSYS), manage exceptions, and integrate UPS APIs.
CODS Desktop App: Manage COD accounts.
GTS (General Timecard System): Track and update delivery volumes.
DIR: Analyze delivery and pickup data with coordinates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in: Electronic Communications, Computer Sciences, Mechatronics, Software Design
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, APIs, automation tools).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
English proficiency (80%+ – must understand technical documentation).
Availability to work flexible shifts (Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:30).
