Join our dynamic partner development team and make use of your analytical, selling and negotiation skills to build positive relations and increase our partner network. concretely, you'll engage with resellers, system integrators, erp integrators and digital consultancies from across mexico that are interested to adopt odoo's technology in their solutions portfolio.
you will deal with a global pipeline of opportunities and will be responsible of the following steps:
* initiate contact and qualify potential partners; understand their business, capabilities, values and processes to make sure it matches with our business model.
* analyze and understand the partner's profile, their challenges, pain points and business needs and determine how we can build a win-win relationship.
* show the product by providing personalized demonstrations of odoo.
* quote and negotiate conditions for collaboration.
responsibilities
* develop, cultivate and maintain relationships between business partners.
* keep in touch with prospects in mexico who have shown interest in becoming odoo business partners.
* exceed your assigned monthly sales quota by accurately managing a pipeline.
* analyze partners initiatives, forecast strategic changes and report key metrics.
* work consultatively to design tailor-made application packages and negotiate their content with prospective partners.
must have
* bachelor's degree or higher
* good knowledge of software and new technologies.
* 6 months - 1 year of b2b sales experience.
* knowledge of supply chain and organizational flows
* advanced english
* excellent communication skills
* curiosity to learn how businesses work

what we offer
