- * 3 to 5 years of experience in the it area.*:
- * minimum of 2 years of experience managing infrastructure with second-level (n2) support.*:
- * experience with operating systems and administration of windows server environments (active directory, group policies, dns, dhcp).*:
- * experience in networking and connectivity, including configuration of routers, switches, vpns, firewalls, and lan/wan concepts.*:
- * knowledge of patch implementation, antivirus solutions, backup management, and disaster recovery plans.*:
- * basic knowledge of managing slas and kpis in it service contracts.*
