Track progress quarterly and recalibrate plans based on performance.perfect store execution – ownership & accountabilityown the design, deployment, and performance tracking of perfect store standards across cvs accounts.monitor execution kpis and drive corrective action in collaboration with distributors and field teams.leverage execution tracking tools to monitor planogram compliance, cold box placements, facings, and visibility scores.distributor influence & enablementpartner closely with sazerac’s local distributors to drive execution of cvs-specific objectives.influence distributor behavior and priorities through data, incentives, and capability-building.train and supervise distributor sales teams and third-party merchandisers on cvs execution standards.build and lead a high-performing network of third-party merchandisers and sales reps.
