the customer success manager will be responsible for understanding the customer's business objectives, identifying pain points, and providing solutions to alleviate these issues. They will also be responsible for driving campaigns, identifying high-potential customers, and onboarding new customers to our products and support processes.
we are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, infrastructure, and ubuntu. The ideal candidate should have excellent presentation skills, strong organisational skills, and be able to structure and constantly update documentation.
additinally language skills are a plus, particularly japanese, korean, spanish, portuguese, german, french or italian, alongside an excellent command of english.
