- monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for management.
- collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive interest and sales.
- negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- ensure all client information and interactions are recorded accurately in the database.

- proven experience in sales or business development within the luxury hospitality sector.
- strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry.
- diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
- excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- proficient in microsoft office suite and hospitality software.
- fluency in english; additional languages are a plus.
- willingness to travel as required.
