About the engagement as project manager – ai systems, you'll be the connective tissue across easybee's fast-growing engineering efforts. Reporting directly to the engineering leader, you'll coordinate multiple ai development initiatives — from agent systems to platform infrastructure — ensuring that projects move forward in sync, on time, and with clear communication. You'll work closely with ai engineers, full-stack developers, and design teams, helping translate strategy into actionable plans. This engagement combines structure and flexibility: you'll create order in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while empowering teams to build, learn, and deliver efficiently. Engagement details contract type: independent contractor agreement (month-to-month; either party may terminate with reasonable notice) no employee benefits, payroll taxes, or employer contributions are included contractor is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and local regulatory compliance compensation: $1,500 usd per month (all-inclusive contractor fee) paid monthly upon satisfactory delivery location & availability: 100% remote — mexico preferred; us is also eligible up to 40 hours per week availability expected must be able to collaborate across time zones with a globally distributed team what you'll do coordinate multiple concurrent engineering projects across ai agents, platform, and infrastructure partner with ai engineers, full-stack developers, and leadership to define priorities, milestones, and resource needs develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and tracking dashboards align technical dependencies across projects and facilitate effective communication between teams implement and optimize agile delivery practices — sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team check-ins monitor risks, surface blockers early, and support problem resolution with a focus on continuous improvement manage and evolve project tools (notion, slack, github) coordinate technical documentation, program updates, and progress reporting for leadership assist in the onboarding of new engineers and maintaining clarity across distributed teams learn and adopt new tools to deliver production-level solutions for customers in the ai agentic space demonstrate urgency in moving production-ready solutions to customers what you bring 3+ years of experience in product, program, or project management within technology or software development, with exposure to ai environments familiarity with ai and software engineering lifecycles, including agile and iterative delivery models experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams and technical projects strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering and leadership levels proficiency with project management tools (jira, asana, or similar) ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with global collaboration strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and reliable follow-through preferred qualifications exposure to ai technologies (langchain, langgraph, llms) or cloud-based systems understanding of web technologies (react, fastapi, node.js) and cloud infrastructure (aws, gcp, or azure) experience supporting or coordinating ai development teams certifications such as pmp, scrum master, or agile practitioner are a plus why easybee.ai work 100% remotely with a global, mission-driven team collaborate directly with ai engineering leadership on cutting-edge agent systems shape and refine processes that keep innovation moving quickly be part of a culture built on innovation, trust, and empowerment join a company redefining how ai and people work together this role is structured as an independent contractor engagement and does not constitute an offer of employment.
