Production control supervisor
location: monarca plant, ciudad juarez, chihuahua (e-systems division).
responsibilities
* receive and analyze the requirements of our clients through releases 830 and 862.
* generate the master production program based on the 830 releases to maintain an inventory stock that ensures we cover the requirements of our clients.
* based on the master production schedule, generate the daily schedule by ubt and by shift.
* monitor the adherence between what is produced and the production program.
* generate monthly forecast of production, sales and inventories.
* track the inventory value.
* maintain direct contact with warehouse analysts to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
* participate with the finance area in the reconciliation of finished products.
* follow up on the delivery rating of our clients.
* analyze and follow up on the excess and obsolete report.
* prepare csr's and pei's.
* follow the instructions and procedures of ts16949.
* coordinate the semiannual physical inventories achieving a variation of less than 2% in the reconciliation.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
* at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* english proficiency (mandatory).
* strong analytical, communication, organizational and decision‑making skills.
* proficiency in ms office, core tools and sem system.
* knowledge of logistics and time management.
* proactive and dynamic approach.
