- the production manager will be responsible for managing and reviewing all production reporting departments in the production area, to support achieve business objectives with respect to production.
- position description:
- execute daily production schedules.
- supervise staff members to ensure that deadlines are met.
- liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- monitor production to resolve issues
- supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
- responsible for the day to day production plan and execution.
- lead scheduling, planning and production control
- review and improve the operational methods.
- motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff
- able to manage resources based on workload and flexibility to volume as required.
- ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free

- evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and mínimal downtime
- establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
- setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
- developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
- ensuring adequate scheduling of staff
