you’ll be part of a collaborative team developing a tightly integrated frontend experience that connects directly to backend services powering real‑time vehicle decisions. This is a hybrid role based in our leon, guanajuato office, with the opportunity to work onsite two days per week.

the role
as a technical product manager / product owner, you will:
* collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to develop & execute the technical roadmap that is aligned with growth strategies and balances priorities, cost, schedule, & tradeoffs.
* turn high level business requirements into technical specifications & development stories in a collaborative manner.
* work closely with the development engineering team to ensure that products are developed and maintained to the highest standards.
* define and track product kpis to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
* manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
* verify team feature implementation meets the business requirements.
* support testing and usage of the application to identify improvement opportunities.
* establish transparency around execution, risk, & issues.
* communicate product updates and releases to stakeholders and customers.
who are you?
you are a technically grounded product professional who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, business, and customer needs. You bring experience leading complex software products and collaborating across diverse teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.
you bring
* 5+ years of technical product management experience in roles such as architect, product owner, or equivalent technical leader type roles.
* ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
* strong technical knowledge and understanding of software development processes & system architecture.
* hands‑on experience working in agile development environments and using agile tools.
* strong project management and organizational skills.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* bachelor's degree in a stem‑related field (math, sciences) or business administration.
