You will act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them with change management design, development, and delivery necessary to successfully implement and adopt new technologies or business processes. Support design, development and delivery of communication materials and communication while executing the overall project timeline and key milestones while employing research and analytical thinking in project work. • learn, apply, and communicate business-related concepts and ideas. • completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry. • responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams. • advanced english level. • background in digital communication tools. • strong strategic planning and project management skills. • excellent leadership and team management skills. • proficiency in using communication software and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media platforms, and design software. • strong analytical skills to evaluate communication data and effectiveness. • master's degree, preferably in business, management, human resources, instructional design, education, organizational behavior, or psychology; 7 years of experience in industry or consulting in communication and development/organization design/change management/digital and cloud solutions space. • familiarity with erp systems, e.g. Workday/oracle/sap.professional developmentfrom entry-level employees to senior leaders, we believe there's always room to learn.
