* salary: php 18,000 to php25,000 (fixed dayshift)

qualifications
* bachelors degree holder of any course, open to undergraduate
* open to someone with work experience or no experience
* this is an urgent hiring: heads required is 4
* willing to undergo training
* willing to work using emails and calls with customers
* this is not “complaint line” this is more on order management
responsibilities
* guide customer on how to place an order
* answer inquiries about logistics rate, timeline and shipping
* answer customers via email, chat and phone calls
* use tagalog and english based on customer preferences
* update customers regarding their ongoing orders
* help customer place an order once decided
* double check if customer requirements are compliant with peza
