job description
* manage day-to-day customer service activities for assigned accounts.
* coordinate daily operations between adc, customers, leoni production plants, and third-party logistics providers.
* process and analyze customer orders in erp, ensuring alignment with contracts, capacity, and flexibility agreements.
* monitor finished goods availability and initiate emergency actions when required.
* ensure inventory accuracy, support cycle counts/stock takes, and manage excess finished goods reduction.
* track kpis and customer satisfaction, coordinating corrective actions in case of deviations.
* manage demand planning for nafta customers in sap ibp and support commercial topics (recharges, obsolete materials, freight, services).
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in customer service or supply chain (manufacturing preferred).
* experience with erp systems (sap preferred) and demand planning tools.
* knowledge of inventory control and order management.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* good communication and coordination skills.
* advanced english.
