on any given day you might...
as a senior business analyst (bpm / process transformation), you will act as a strategic partner to business and transformation teams, leading the design, modeling, and optimization of end-to-end processes across latam. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, align processes with enterprise standards, and support organizational transformation initiatives.
responsibilities
* map, document, and redesign business processes (as-is / to-be) using bpm standards (bpmn, sipoc, vsm).
* identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement and simplification.
* ensure alignment of processes with the enterprise process model (epm) and regional taxonomy.
* facilitate workshops with process owners, design leads, project managers, and functional teams.
* analyze operational data and kpis to support transformation decisions.
* develop process improvement proposals, operating models, and define roles and responsibilities.
* prepare executive-level deliverables, including process storytelling and presentations.
* support change management activities related to transformation initiatives.
* maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and ensure visibility of progress.
* contribute to readiness assessments and organizational design initiatives..
requirements
* minimum 4+ years of experience in business process design, improvement, or transformation initiatives.
* strong experience in process modeling (bpmn) and end-to-end process analysis.
* hands-on experience with process mapping tools such as aris, signavio, bizagi, or visio.
* solid understanding of lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
* experience working in large-scale transformation or enterprise environments.
* strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and kpis.
* proven experience working with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
* excellent communication and presentation skills in english and spanish (professional level) .
* ability to manage multiple priorities and work in dynamic environments.
nice to have
* certification in lean / six sigma (green belt or black belt) .
* experience with enterprise process model (epm) frameworks.
* background in consulting firms (accenture, deloitte, etc.).
* experience in organizational design or governance models.
* exposure to change management methodologies.
* familiarity with process automation or digital transformation tools.
* experience working in regional or global (latam) environments.
