this is a full p&l, end-to-end leadership role, combining general management, regional strategy, international education leadership, and m&a execution in one position.

role mandate
act as regional ceo, with full ownership of the business agenda across mexico and latam.
lead the development, performance, and expansion of a multi-campus international k-12 platform.
drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
key responsibilities
define and execute the regional strategy, aligned with group objectives and investment priorities.
hold full p&l accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and margin delivery.
lead and integrate m&a activity, from acquisition support through post-merger integration and performance stabilisation.
build, lead, and hold accountable high-performing leadership teams across schools and central functions.
ensure governance, regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and risk management across all operations.
drive enrolment growth, brand positioning, and market expansion in existing and new geographies.
champion digital transformation, scalability, and operational efficiency across the platform.
act as a senior stakeholder with investors, boards, regulators, and strategic partners.
profile & experience
senior leadership experience as ceo, gm, regional director, or equivalent, with full business accountability.
proven track record managing multi-site and/or multi-country operations, ideally in growth environments.
strong p&l ownership, financial discipline, and value-creation mindset.
exposure to international education (k-12) and global academic standards.
experience in m&a, integration, and transformation environments.
native or bilingual english; fluent spanish required.
strategic, decisive, and comfortable operating at board and investor level.
strong people leadership.
